Simple and Efficient
Adding my name as a co-policyholder with my husband was quick and easy, which gave us confidence that the process would be straightforward. My cat has had this insurance since we got him as a tiny kitty. We got it on a whim as our vet had a flyer he handed us. It has been the best thing for our family! Our little guy is now an old man with a new diabetes diagnosis. Trupanion has had our backs throughout the testing, medication and diet. They are available through chat even on the weekends and it is the kind of chat that gives you answers and does not continously loop you through a customer service AI bot! (Thank you Taylor!)
