Love this coverage!
I have both my dogs on an Embrace plan. I’ve had nothing but good experiences so far, filing claims have been easy through the app and website, the reviews done pretty quickly and I have most my money for the claim back in my account within a good time frame. I would not be able to afford one of dogs care without them, so thankful for this insurance company.

Doubled in price after 1st year with ZERO claims (bait and switch)
After one year of ZERO claims, they are doubling our premium for our renewal out of the blue. After zero claims. It's unlike anything I've seen from any of the other pet insurance companies we've used. Never have I seen an increase this large, especially after making no claims at all – and after a record breaking profit year for them. It's greed - pure and simple. Additionally, you have to contact support to cancel, they literally make it impossible for you to do so on your own.

I'm so grateful for PetsBest
I'm so grateful for PetsBest. I've been with them since 2020. They've paid out all my claims and have allowed me to care for my dog in ways i would not have otherwise been able to. I lost one pet to a disease and went so badly in the hole financially to help her that i made sure to insure my remaining dog as a precaution. A little over a year and a half into my insurance, I needed them! The claim review process can take a bit, but using my care credit has allowed me to make small payments while i wait for their grace period for reimbursement, then pay it off. I will never be without pet insurance going forward. There used to be a time when we could get away and cover procedures with cash, but today's insane vet care costs have made that impossible for the average person!

I find this insurance is a waste of funds. Simply find a Vet for shots. You will pay out of pocket for all shots without the insurance kicking in. So, no. The insurance is a waste. Yes, I purchased the Wellness and haven't seen any reimbursements. Either it's fraud or demographic discrimination?

I have had this pet insurance for over the past 16 years for all my pets and I had always been okay with their response and help. Unfortunately the past few years have been extremely disappointing. I am currently on hold with the company at this present time..it is now 48 minutes waiting on hold, and this is not unusual anymore, in fact I would say it is the norm. I also have to follow up on claims, check the status.. question the reasons for denial, as they don't make sense. The most recent and very distressing incident occurred when I had to bring my16 year old cat to the emergency room on Christmas Eve,he was very ill and sadly the decision was made to euthanize him. I was extremely upset, my buddy was no longer with me. Later, I did submit a claim for the vet visit, I had to make approximately 10 phone calls as they kept sending emails that they didn't have enough information. They only reached out to the vet once until I requested them to. I found many of the interactions with the agents at the ASPCA to be less than one should expect, especially as they are speaking with customers who have sick animals. I am now on hold 55 mins!!!! Is this acceptable? I still do not have a satisfactory response for my claim, and they are still charging for insurance for my cat who has passed. Very Frustrating dealing with this insurance company! It is now 60 mins...still waiting to speak with someone ! Little update...just left this email while waiting to speak with someone...still on hold..1hour and 25mins now!!!!!
