Good experience
I have used my insurance very sporadically, my experience has been positive. It takes them 3-4 days to process the claim. Money is deposited directly to the account. Works like a charm.

Claim Took Forever
The claim process took nearly a month, with weekly messages of how they were “working on it.” And then, the reimbursement was pennies compared to the original bill. It actually would’ve cost less to not pay $80/month for the insurance and just pay my vet bill outright.

More speedy claim processing
Pets Best has been pretty speedy in the past with claims, however recently the claims process is averaging 4-5 weeks or more. I am hoping for quicker processing of claims in the future.

Excellent enrollment process and claims processing
Your enrollment instructions were clear and concise which is very helpful for us older dog owners. Your cost for insurance on our Cashew dog was in line with what we wanted to spend and the whole process of enrollment went smoothly.
