Preventive care not what you’d expect. They really make it clear they just want your money.
It’s possible I missed it but I was under the assumption when I signed up that the money towards preventative care was a lump sum not split up into individual categories. Because of this I will likely cancel the policy and seek a provider that doesn’t nickel and dime you. This is clearly a way to get out of paying. Not every dog needs all the things on the list. It felt very sneaky too to not make that information painfully apparent from the start. Really really disappointed.

Never had an issue with sonnet
Never had an issue with sonnet. They have always been good to me. I was in a fender bender a few years ago (a car hit me from behind), and they were quick on getting my car repaired without raising insurance. Would recommend to anyone.
