Seamless billing and invoice process

The billing process was really seamless. I love that they offer direct payments to the vet and I was only left paying my portion instead of paying the entire invoice and not having to be reimbursed.

Its not just one time but every single…

Its not just one time but every single time I don't receive a payment there is no cooresponding EOB which states will be sent via post office mail, however I am not receiving any. The claims submitted don't makes sense as meds have been covered in the past so why arent others being covered?
