it takes quite awhile to receive payment. I put in a claim on January 15,2024. Received an email on February 7,2024 that claim was paid and payment was sent to my bank. As of February 9, 2024 still waiting for payment. Although they say your payment will be received quicker if they send payment to bank, I don't see any difference.

Seamless, compassionate, timely
I am so thankful we enrolled in Healthy Paws. Our one year old kitten somehow found and ate two small Nerf darts and although the foam part came up/out, the plastic tips didn't pass like we'd hoped. She had two blockages and we were at our regular vet, the emergency clinic and the surgical emergency. All the imaging, the surgery, the meds ... and more. It was a lot. I had peace of mind before all this happened, after diligently researching and asking around about insurance policies. Healthy Paws was the best choice. And-- two days after the claim, the money was deposited straight to my bank account. Whew, so glad it turned out well-- and our kitty after a convalescence is back to being bouncy and happy.
