Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money. Paid for accident insurance never thinking I’d have to use it. Day came where my dog had a serious injury due to an accident. My claims were denied over and over. Had to gather medical records and got letters from my vet giving their professional opinion that it was an accident. No matter what I did they refused to cover my claim.

The app was very easy to use. It is extremely convenient to be able to take a photo of receipts and upload it to your claim. Embrace was quick to respond that they received and process it. I was told it would be 10 business days to receive a check, I have yet seen it. Maybe it's delayed. Overall thankful that I'm covered by Embrace. Update: Checks were sent to a previous address, I've since received them. 5/5

Outstanding claim service
Recently filed two separate claims several weeks apart for our elderly dog Duncan. One involved an eyelid surgery to remove a growth and the other for a UTI. The claim procedure was extremely easy to process and in both cases the claims were completed in 3-4 days. I highly commend Spot Insurance for their efficiency in processing my claims-an exceptional company!

Great Customer Service
I’ve had fetch pet insurance for probably half a year now and I haven’t really utilized it until recently, but the customer service is very good. I’m not gonna mention any names obviously but the support team members I was talking to yesterday was very helpful, caring, enthusiastic and just all around helpful in the entirety of the call. I really enjoyed talking to her and she made the process really smooth and easy, hope she get rewarded for her service.
