I am so glad that I enrolled my boys with Pets Best this past year. Had I know how easy the process is, and how willing and kind the representatives have all been… I’d have done it years ago. They’re thorough, responsive and genuinely seem to want to help us. I never felt like a burden and got all the details necessary to best care for my pet

I got pets best because it was a recommendation from my sister, as she said it was great insurance for my pet. I know regret it and i'm very disappointment, as I will also be cancelling any insurance with this company. It does not seem that any claims will ever be paid. I took my dog to a vet clinic due to him being sick, and never got reimbursed. Then I had to take him to the ER, and waited almost a month for my claims to be processed. I thought I would be getting reimbursed, as I have financial issues now due to me now working, come to find out whatever claim was paid went to my deductible which I did not know. Im upset and disgusted with this company. i will never recommend to anyone I know. I rather just pay out of pocket, knowing that I will not get any money back.

Figo is quick, easy and affordable
Figo is quick and easy about everything! Submitting claims thru the app is simple and the Reimbursement is quick. Everyone I've spoken with there is knowledge and have been able to answer majority it not all my questions. Highly recommend this group for pet Insurance!
