Great communication, fast claim processing
Our dog Lola has been insured with healthy paws for 5 years. Every claim we submitted was processed very quickly and it was easy to get a hold customer service heather it’s on the phone or through email, with a pretty fast response time. Lola recently had a knee surgery, and we had no issue with coverage. They helped us setup direct pay with the clinic and the invoice was paid within a couple of days. Their reimbursement level is also high in comparison to other companies.

First took 4 months to even look at my clame with the right paper work then second I have 0 reimbursement they don't respond to emails. I paid 70 a mouth and the can't even do anything right. Don't fall in there scaming ways.
