Coverage promises do not match claims…
Coverage promises do not match claims performance. I love SPCA, but I would never buy their insurance coverage... though I thought coverage expensive, it is the SPCA and I am inclined to support, but the claims handling and payment is extremely substandard. Also, ability to cancel seems to be well hidden from policyholders.

THE VERY BEST!!
This is be best pet insurance group we could have possible asked for. We had to put our little 4 year old puppy to sleep and every time I call the staff are the most sensitive and compassionate you could ever ask for. Not to mention the insurance company stands behind what they say! They exceeded our expectation.

Easy to enroll, use, and get reimbursed!
I received my policy as a gift. I liked that the information explaining my policy was sent right away, it was clear and I knew what was covered. I recently filed my first claim with Spot and the process was very easy and it was processed much faster than I expected. I would definitely recommend Spot pet insurance.

The email response was accurate in fairly timely. Unfortunately, they told me the balance of the insurance for the year was posted on my pet's page when I went to that spot. It was not there. It was for my cat but not for my dog. I think you're app is a little inconsistent in the information it provides.

Works for Us!
One of our dogs was sent to the emergency room and had to be hospitalized for multiple days. Spot covered most of the bills which was a huge financial relief. They also help with preventative care and rebates on regular medication (flea and tick/heartworm).

Cancer not preexisting
Cancer, once a tumor is removed and there are no other tumors present, IS NOT A PREEXISTING CONDITION! You take forever to handle a claim and you want 6 months of records that had to be sent three times! I’m not happy with this company at all and will be canceling and going with another company.
