Claim and reimbursement experience
Instructions for reimbursement submission were clear and easy to follow. Loved that a confirmation email was sent to me once MetLife received my request by mail. Reimbursement was reasonably fast after MetLife reviewed the claim

Very easy to file claims
Very easy to file claims, get info when they have been both received and when they have been looked. And with in 5 days I know what they will cover and what they won't. And they get right back to me when I ask why an item was not covered. Good experience all the way around.

Emergency Care for our baby
We had to,take our baby to the emergency pet hospital for,trouble,breathing. They were fantastic and took her in right away. Everything went smooth with their filing the claim and trupanion responded quickly. She spent two,days there and is home now recovering. Thank you thank you
