Can't say enough positive things. Payments were complete and fast. Any time I had an issue or question, the staff was kind, accommodating and helpful! Made a very stressful situation so much easier!

Payment was prompt to Rocky’s vet. It took only seconds for his vet to get a response for amount of payment. The vet’s office said that they are always pleased with your company’s quick response. Reps are always very helpful and willing to work with you. So glad that I did not change companies.

Pumpkin is the best!
There is no way I can say how much I appreciate Pumpkin Insurance. They are incredibly responsive and they pay as they say they are going to. When I file a claim, I get an immediate reply that it has been received. It is reviewed and paid, often within 24 hours. How can you beat that? I have had a couple of other insurance companies for my cats and they were OK, but Pumpkin is by far the best. I tell everyone I know to check them out.
