When I talk with Customer Service they are extremely friendly and very helpful. The app to file your claims is so easy to use. MetLife pet insurance is a great price and also if you choose it covers wellness. They have exceeded my expectations of covering the cost of care for my dog. My reimbursements are very quick. I am so happy that I switched insurances to MetLife pet. I tell my family and friends and also the vets office to recommend MetLife pet insurance.

Had Embrace since I got Finn my dog until his sudden demise. I always found Embrace custormer service top notch and the company trustworthy. They are a little pricey, but I found the customer service and claims process to outweigh the cost.
