Surgery
My dog had to have emergency back surgery. I filed the claim on the app as soon as he got home and within 5 days , I received notification that it was approved. I received reimbursement within another 5 days. I have used the insurance for other minor illness and always get a quick turn around. Using to app to submit the claims , makes it so easy.

My pet had to visit the emergency room for something she ingested. by accident. The process of submitting my claim and paperwork was easy. They made a quick decision and applied the amount of the claim towards my deductible. I'm very happy with the insurance. "

Can't access website
I tired to file a claim through their website, but kept getting 403 errors. I called customer support. They recommended clearing the cache and cookies. This is not an acceptable response. I tried a different browser that I'd never used to access their site before and got the same error. This error still persists after several weeks. I submitted my claim through email. It was impossible to track. They applied the claim amount to my deductible, but didn't provide what my deductible was or how far into my deductible I currently am.

Best decision for my dog
I had healthy paws since my dog was a puppy. Initially i wasnt sure if i wanted a pet insurance but i wanted to make sure i dont have to to through an internal battle when it comes time whether to treat my dog with whatever treatment she needs due to high vet bills. Needless to say, now that she is 14years old, she has had multiple vet visits including specialist visits. Insuring her through healthy paws was the best decision i made for her. Healthy paws makes it even easier on pet parents. Their review doesn’t take weeks. I always got EOB within 2 says and deposit soon after. Thank you healthy paws!

Excellent company with superior follow through
I had a very tough experience with my girl Majesty who got very sick. Trupanion staff were kind, caring and showed empathy for my and her situation. When there were some discrepancies between records, they helped me resolve them quickly and without a fuss. Unfortunately, the vet wasn't able to save her in the end. I got depressed and failed to follow through with some paperwork, like cancelling her insurance and submitting the final claim. Trupanion did the work for me by calling the vet directly and getting the information they needed. I can hardly believe how well they took care of me and my baby. I wholeheartedly recommend this insurance.
