I have had Trupanion for years
I have had Trupanion for years and I would never be without insurance. My specialty vet submits direct and it saves me a lot of aggravation. The claim is paid right then and there and I only have to pay the difference. For my regular vet I submit directly and am paid within 2 days. I have never had any complaints with reimbursement. If I have any questions they are always more than helpful and kind.

False advertising
False advertising. You look for past visits to vets to deny current problems with animals. You should not take payment until you are ready to cover the animal. I would never recommend your product to any other pet owner. In fact, if there is a way to complain to the oversite agency of your product I will make a complaint to them.
