This is my first time thinking about pet insurnace
This is my first time thinking about, and then committing to insurance for my furbabies.....Karley was AWESOME and explained everything ....she was patient and kind and just lovely!! Fetch has the best options for my kitties and I know I no longer have to worry about anything unexpected and with the Wellness Option I have some peace of mind for the regular vet stuff....I am thrilled!

I’m happy to give Healthy Paws a five star rating… whenever I call Customer Service is always friendly and helpful. Recently my dog had gotten sick-hospital - medication- it’s been a rough, but Healthy Paws has been there helping me out with any questions I may have.. I send invoices from his vet, hospital and medications, I get reimbursed within a few days by check and they offer direct deposit which I’m doing now and it’s great. I’m glad I found Healthy Paws, going through a lot with your pet - you don’t have to worry about the other stuff it’s already taken care of. Thank you, Healthy Paws for always being quick with responding w/questions & reimbursentments.

super simple and quick
Once I got the system down and was able to get the documents from the vet emailed as PDF's to me, the filing was super simple. The pay off came in short order--just a few days, deposited to my bank account. Extremely simple.

Customer service is excellent. The app is easy to use. BUT it takes a couple weeks for claims to be settled and paid out :(

Keeping our family member alive
Our dog wouldn't be alive without Healthy Paws! He has a chronic mast cell condition and we love that Healthy Paws covers most of his treatments. The premiums do up substantially every year-but in our case, it continues to be worth it to continue our beloved family member's life. Submitting claims is super easy and they approve and get the money back to you pretty quickly! Thank you Healthy Paws~
