I’ve used Pets Best for many years
I’ve used Pets Best for many years. I never used to have problems with submitting invoices as paid from my vet. Now it’s inconsistent - I’ve gotten push back on some clearly marked paid invoices asking for proof of payment and not others. It makes no sense. Do they want to see my credit card statement? Something has changed.
