They deserve zero stars and if I could…
They deserve zero stars and if I could save one person from losing their money and possibly their pet from this company then this review is worth it. They sold their company and changed our policy coverage to 5K they then raised our rates at least 30% every year so that we pay $166 a month now for a 7 year old dog and with the deductible you are lucky to get 2K coverage. Soon we will be at zero coverage because of their constant increases. They added another $3 transaction fee on top of things just to get more money back. If you can get them to process your bills that is also beyond tiresome. They will try to wear you down with things like, "your dogs name was misspelled on bill" when there is one letter off. Or we can't read the photo of the bill, or they will say they had trouble depositing your check. You name it they will shade you until you have no options left.

Spot is the best pet insurance I’ve had! I made the mistake of canceling with them a year ago and signed up with a different pet insurance offered through my employer. It was the worst experience ever. I am now back at Spot and couldn’t be more happier with the level of service I receive, and how fast claims are processed!

We’ve always been a little hesitant to…
We’ve always been a little hesitant to get pet insurance because we’ve heard horror stories about how hard it is to file a claim and get paid. That is so far from the truth with Spot. They made filing the claim so easy and getting paid with direct deposit made it so I didn’t even have to think about it after I submitted it.
