Claims are SO easy to file!
Claims are SO easy to file, which is such a relief when your fur baby is sick or injured. One our dogs had an injury that resulted in surgery this summer and we had all of our claims paid within a couple days of filing them. We were so thankful that financial stress was not a factor and we were able to have more emotional energy for our pet.

Great Experience at a stressful time
I have used Spot for my dog Blue-she had ingested part of a dog toy that made her quite ill. We took her to an emergency vet to have her evaluated and treated. The cost was covered by Spot after submitting the claims online very quickly and exactly as agreed on.
