Spot Pet Insurance is by far the easiest to use and very straightforward of what is covered and what is not and you see payments ina timely manner. Questions are answered also in a timely manner and they have quality customer service. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking pet insurance!

All of the customer service representatives I've spoken to at Fetch are helpful, polite and eager to help. I cannot say the same about their claims department. Claims department personnel are impersonal and not at all easy to work with. They choose to communicate entirely through email and text which creates unnecessary delays toward reimbursement. Additional Claim delays were blamed on hard to read invoices, difficulty receiving my emails and transferring funds to my direct deposit account. Personal conversations would have eliminated all of these issues. Meanwhile I'm waiting for a paper check that I'm told will take 3 to 5 weeks to receive. This was not a good experience. and

NATIONWIDE BEST PET INSURANCE
I have been using Nationwide ever since we adopted our Princess (Cavapoo). They are an excellent company. I go to the Vet than I take a picture of my invoice and submit for payment and they pay it in a few days. Great service.
