My cat passed away aftr 4 years . The end was difficult and it was amazing service with pumpkin I was able to focus on the babies last few days not the hills . I was paid ins claims with in 10 days and It was a big relief

Health Paws is a great company
Health Paws is a great company. Easy to deal with and claims are reviewed quickly. I can’t say enough good things about them. Been insuring my dogs with them for about 10 years and they have been very helpful. I highly recommend them.

This past year, Metlife has really upped its game. We got reimbursements within 3 business days, unlike previous years, where it took them up to a month on some occasions. I took a star off since they are increasing their premiums by 150$/month to continue the same plan, but other than that, they've been extremely easy to deal with.
