Long time customer very unsatisfied
My confidence in Trupanion has decreased GREATLY over the past year as there have been CONTINUOUS issues with claims (on trupanions end), so much hassle to correct the mistakes made during processing, VERY long extensive wait periods for claims to be processed in a timely manor - this has NEVER been an issue as often as it has been over the past 6-7 months. As someone who is employed within the animal care/veterinary industry who has ALWAYS recommended Trupanion to many friends, colleages, and clients - I will be unlikely to continue these recommendations as I strongly feel the care, service and respect for their clients has decreased IMMENSELY.

Glad we signed up early in our dogs life
Trupanion is quick and courteous, always helpful and friendly to talk with if there is a question. I'm so glad we signed up when we did, 12.5 years ago!

Transparent and Easy Sign Up Process
I have had very good experiences with trupanion in the past. My second last experience left me confused. The statement I received indicated my pet had he knee rotated. She had dental cleaning,
biopsies and removalu of a cyst. My vet reported this to trupanion and it was reviewed. I received a report and it was and there was no mention of the knee rotation
which she did not have. Only to indicate
correctly what had been done. I would have appreciated an explanation of why this error was made it or acknowledgement that
an error was made.

Owner/handler of a new puppy
The website doesnât have a way for the owner to say that a brand new puppy will be spayed or neutered when old enough. It also doesnât have a way to say the puppy will be a therapy dog when old enough to be certified, which is not until they are at least 12 months old.
