I honestly can’t say enough good things about Embrace. Dealing with vet visits can be so overwhelming, but every single person I’ve spoken to at Embrace has been an absolute gem—so kind, genuinely empathetic, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell they aren’t just reading from a script; they actually care about you and your pet. What really blew me away is how much stress they take off my plate with their mobile app. I used to dread the idea of insurance paperwork, but the app makes the claim process so fast and easy. I just snap a photo, upload it, and the team handles the rest. It’s such a relief to have a company that combines a true human touch with technology that actually works. Lack of information in initial phone call
Would have been nice to know about the ligament waiver form a vet can fill out while in discussion with the sales person about the policy. We talked about pre ex conditions for some time. I brought up ears and eyes if I’d have known about the form that needs to be completed in order not to have a pre ex on ligaments etc I could have asked the vet for her check of such during Charlys follow up exam now I need a separate visit meaning $$ to do so. Also have called multiple times and never got a person answering: always need to leave message for a call back which doesn’t happen right away

OUR DOGS ARE IN GOOD HANDS WITH NATIONWIDE
I spoke with Chad and he answered my questions and emailed me information right away. I had more questions and called and Chad was not available at that time and another very helpful man answered a couple more questions and we had a nice short visit about Goldens as he has a Golden too and he told me he and Chad were going into a meeting and he would tell Chad that I called. Chad called me back after the meeting and we discussed getting our Golden Rainy back with Nationwide and also adding our newly adopted Golden Augie and we have been with Nationwide around 20 years and during that time Nationwide has always done right by our dogs and we like to stay with a company that has always been there for our dogs and we were welcomed back and we feel we and our dogs are in good hands with Nationwide.

Cat Emergency!
I had an emergency with my cat, and had to take her to the emergency vet hospital. Without the insurance, it would have cost me around $10,000 to get her healthy again. I especially appreciated the fact that the hospital was willing to apply first to Trupanion before they asked for my share. Most veterinary offices and hospitals would make me pay upfront, and then reimburse me. They clearly trusted Trupanion.

Pumpkin is a great insurance company to work with! Everyone is pleasant, helpful & quick to help. They keep their customers informed about claims, payments & any changes to policy. They recently updated their speed of reimbursement for payment of services that have been pre-authorized. I tell every pet parent I meet that they have to get Pumpkin Insurance! I highly recommend them.
