My puppy who we JUST got coverage for got very sick and Spot didn’t hesitate to approve the claim. Very easy to submit a claim and very speedy reimbursement. So far so good!!

Hands down Rebecca made this experience great!!! She was excellent about following up with me to see what questions I have and followed up with me on the date we agreed. She made the experience fast and easy which I appreciate because I have a very hectic schedule. Excellent customer service and she deserves a raise!!

Alright, Not Great
Good: Claims are easy to submit. Reimbursement usually takes less then a week. Bad: No Dental Coverage for annual cleanings, they have a type of savings plan. If I wanted to use a savings account, I wouldn't get insurance... Creates inane pre-existing exclusions, for things, i.e., Dietary Indicression. Dog ate some flowers & became sick, so the new policy will not cover if she gets sick from eating something. Seriously, they are animals they will eat things, this is why we get insurance...

I have been an Embrace customer for the past two years and just made my first claim two days ago. The claim process was easy to understand, it required only a couple of steps, and I was able to do it through the app. The day after I submitted my claim, it was approved and the day after that, the money was in my checking account. Embrace did not question or hassle me about any part of my claim, and everything included in my itemized receipt was covered.

I found a reimbursement check long expired. I called and explained, she quickly said no problem. We will get it reissued. And, about 3 weeks later, I received it. This one went straight to the bank! Thank you!
