Great insurance and customer service
Claims are processed quickly with no hassle. Easy to file claims and customer service is fantastic!! Anytime I have had a question or help and called customer service I have received great service and help. The customer service agents are so friendly and always ready to help. I am so happy I found Many Pets, we have 2 dogs now and rates are fair plus no $ limit on claims.

Too expensive go with a different company! They also switch the rewards program! They jack up the price and give make believe savings THAT IS STILL HIGHER THAN ALL COMPETITORS. Do not use them. Go with a different company you'll be happy you did.

Very easy to submit claim
When we were looking for pet insurance we reviewed many providers and made a spread sheet to try to find which company met our needs. Choosing Spot has been a good move. Puppies need everything! Exam, vaccinations, spay, chip placement, flea and treatment..just to name a few. We recently took her for first annual exam. Submitting a claim was easy. And in a few days the payment was in our account. We are very satisfied that this was a good move for us!

Pet insurance is a MUST
I've had Trupanion for YEARS. My first experience was with my little Maggie. I used them a little but was really glad I had insurance. Next came Sasha, my Wire Hair Fox Terrier. She had many physical problems including several surgeries. Trupanion was WONDERFUL. They covered 90% of all procedures, hospital stays and medications. Now I have my 80 lb. boxer mix. Fortunately I have not had to uses Trupanion for very much but I wouldn't be without the coverage. THANK YOU TRUPANION!!
