Such a great price for the coverage
For such a small price a month, the benefits are really amazing. After just a couple months of having Spot Pet insurance, my cat started to decline rapidly and ended up needing a splenectomy and other medical treatment. The insurance really save his life, especially since I’m a college student. Without it, it would have been very difficult to help my cat. The insurance was so incredibly helpful. And it covered all of his treatments.

I have 2 pets with Fetch
I have 2 pets with Fetch. Your costs increased too much and I am told it is due to other claims in my state of Maryland. This is a standard statement and an excuse to increase costs on pet parents like me who have 2 dogs with chronic illnesses. In addition, your claim turn around take way too long. Lemonade pet insurance reimburses you within 24 hours. Hope you mention this to someone in an upper management position before you lose good pet parents. Also, your APP is terrible, glitches and letters written over letters so you cannot even read the page.

We're not happy with Embrace
We're not happy with Embrace. For several surgeries on our dog, Embrace refuses payment claiming the issue was based on allergies, a pre- existing condition. For the amount we ended up paying out of pocket (this years quote was over $225 a month) had we put the money aside each month, we would have had the money saved to pay for the surgeries. Pet insurance is NOT worth it.
