One of the most important components on my list in make an exceptional customer service representative are people skills, Stephanie’s people skills Ring volumes to me. Her professionalism, her communication skills, compassion and her understanding cannot be taught in a training classroom. Her caring, and her wittiness are an extra Bonus. Do not expect fast service…
We have used fetch in the past without an issue. I'm not sure what has changed recently , but I am extremely unimpressed with customer service. I was mislead during one conversation and made out to be a lier in another. They claimed I was missing medical history which I was not , but once I thought it was figured out , instead of finishing my claim they restarted it and stated it would be another 15 days, putting it at 1.3 months since my claim was filed. I'm happy I have pet insurance and should have a my refund shortly , but the customer service and wait times is ridiculous. If your expecting fast service , change your expectations.

This is truly the most professional and customer focused insurance company I have ever worked with. Their plans are comprehensive and reasonably priced.
