Fast, great reimbursement for doggo dental work
We have been Fetch customers for our two dogs for several years. Our nine-pound terrier mix needed to have periodontal surgery in May 2026. The surgery happened in mid-May, and Fetch Pet Insurance reimbursed us per our plan's policy by May 31st. It was a quick, easy process - thank you!

About 1 month ago my little morkie had an accident. She had to different vets one was an emergency visit. I did have to pay up front. Once spot rec info they needed I was pd within 2 weeks. I choose a 70% coverage and after my ded they pd completely. Did have my vet fax all info needed to them. I did think about dropping ins but iam so glad I didn't

Still paying monthly for a dead cat after cancellation
I cancelled my policy when the cat passed away. I received an email of cancellation and a sum of money from the policy coverage for euthanasia. That was seven months ago. I just received an email for auto renewal of the policy. It looks like they had continued to pull money from my account for that policy for a dead cat. When I called support it was "Oops we had changed systems". Totally unacceptable. My lesson learning is check all of your banking monthly transactions and make no assumptions that Pets Plus Us has properly cancelled your policy.
