Don't Waste Your Money
We purchased pet insurance for our puppy and each claim was rejected and required more information. We finally had enough bs with putting in claims then having to contact the vet for more info, etc. It was absolutely painful and usually resulted in my time being wasted and paying pet insurance that essentially covered nothing. This insurance was promoted by Costco, thus thought it was a good source of insurance.

I am truly happy I went with Spot . The first process of my claim was easy and fast . I called to make sure i did everything correctly and customer service was fantastic. They assured me i did everything correctly . I had my reimbursement deposited in my bank 1 week later . Spot you are the best !

I was pleasantly surprised that SPOT covered about 2/3rds of Simba’s dental bill which was over $2300. Earlier this year I considered switching thinking it would be less expensive monthly. I’m glad I chose to stick with spot.
