Pretty quick to cancel your policy if you miss a payment. Had the wrong card in after closing it. No phone call, just a statement in the mail. Then they charge a reactivation fee. They need to do better on reaching out to their customers.

Trupanion for life!
Trupanion is an amazing company with phenomenal team members. Every experience I have had has been great because they are knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough addressing questions or concerns. Having Trupanion has made frightening times so much easier to navigate because it takes a huge monetary concern away so you can focus on your fur babes when they need you most. Easy enrollment for new dog
Recently adopted a senior dog. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get coverage for her considering she’s 12 years old but the process to add her to my existing account was incredibly easy!
