Our dog was hospitalized for a week with congestive heart failure. We were so worried about her. We were glad we had Trupanion so we could focus on our dog instead of worrying about the bill. Trupanion paid the hospital directly so we only had to pay our portion.

The staff and veterinarian were so good with my cat and my kitten. My kitten meowed loudly on the way to the vet but in the exam room I could see she was calming down and relaxed I love that you can let your pet out of the carrier to roam the exam room which adds to the calming.

So Thankful for the Direct Pay
We finally tried 'direct pay' through Trupanion at our vet, and it was insane how fast they covered a portion of our bill! We were standing at the front counter giving our info, and we got a text saying Trupanion was going to pay a chunk of our bill. We were shocked, it made it so easy! Forever grateful that our deductible doesn't restart every year. Trupanion has helped us tremendously with our cat who has Epilepsy. She needs bloodwork x2 a year for the foreseeable future, and Trupanion covers almost all of the testing!
