Insurance that's there when you need it
My healthy dog had a sudden illness this year. It was very scary, he lost 25% of his body weight in three months and he was suddenly loosing the ability to walk. The vets couldn't figure out what was going on at first. Eventually, we learned it was PLN, protein losing nephropathy. A kidney disease that made his body attack himself. The solution was some new medications and a diet change. I am so grateful for how painless ASPCA Pet Health Insurance made this whole process. It was so easy to upload invoice from the vets and get direct deposits straight to my account. The website was easy to use and track how my claims were progressing. Everything was so straight forward. I recommend ASPCA Pet Health Insurance to any pet owners I know who are curious. Worth every penny. It's so rare to feel like your insurance is there for you when you need it and we're so grateful. Can you guys do humans, too?

Beware
Beware! They make up reasons for denial. After appeal for anesthesia for a cat, I was told it was denied because of a behavioral issue. The cat has never had or been diagnosed with the vet, then called the insurance to explain this. They still denied. He then wrote a letter explaining that the cat needed to have his mouth examined and would not hold still for him to treat it and that was why the cat needed anesthesia. The vet explained the animal has never been diagnosed nor has the animal ever been treated with a behavioral issue and that it was nonsense for them to deny. Hoping after sent letter someone realizes. Next step will be complaint with Texas insurance board and attorney general and my own attorney for breech of contract and deceptive trade practices.

Great customer service with Justin!
I spoke with Justin after trying to make my purchase online. I wanted to breakdown fees for payments for one dog and not the other. Justin was very understanding and knowledgeable and gave me greater insight into coverages and rates for each dog.

Fetch insurance was there for me and my pet when we needed it! It was an emergency and it was a relief to have insurance. The entire process from uploading the invoices to the final payout was easy. I appreciate the communication through emails and texts. Thank you! And I hope to not need the policy again but highly recommend having Fetch Insurance.

Better than expected...
Over the course of my long life, I have never had pet insurance, but intuited that with Sage, my new dog who has mobility challenges and had been in a shelter for over a year, that I'd better get it. I was disappointed that when I sent in the first claim, I got nothing back, but do understand that pre-existing conditions prevented that. In the next two rounds of claims--for assessment and treatment with an integrative wellness veterinarian with whom she is doing laser sessions and gets adequan injections regularly and then for treatment for a hematoma with my regular vet--I did get refunds that helped with the significant vet bills I have had over the year. I have also been surprised and pleased at the quick return once the company receives the claims. The one time I spoke with a customer representative, she was cordial and efficient...
