Embrace has taken the financial factor out of emergency medical care for my pets
Embrace has allowed my wife and I to pursue expensive treatments for our pets that gave us peace of mind and, in one case, added years to a life. We've never had a claim rejected over 7 years time across three pets, and several claims totaling tens of thousands of dollars in reimbursements. We've had claim follow-up questions and requests for further documentation, but never a denial. We had an 11 year old Lab suddenly grow gravely ill. All of his tests and procedures were covered. We had a 16 year old cat who was diagnosed with both diabetes and intestinal cancer under Embrace. Everything was covered, including measures costing thousands that added over two years to his life. We just had an otherwise healthy 14 year old cat pass from an agressive oral cancer just 6 weeks after diagnosis. Embrace covered her biopsy, tooth removal, meds (we have the medication add-on), follow-up visits, and what many still consider an experimental medication that likely doubled the time she had left. Embrace never even flinched...all covered. I get that some folks may say negative things about any company based on frustration or having a claim denied for some reason, but our experience with Embrace has lightened the burden that sometimes comes with pet ownership. I watched my parents struggle with taking a gamble saving an elderly pet at the expense of our summer vacation (it worked and the dog lived another three years). I don't have to worry about that because of Embrace and that's a wonderful thing.

The WORST pet insurance!!!
The worst pet insurance! I would NOT recommend ManyPets!!! Even though I have had ManyPets for a long time, they will not pay for hip dysplasia. The discrimination of senior dogs for a condition that is extremely common is outrageous! They don't say why, but since it is an incurable, chronic, and expensive condition they will not cover it for any animal because it is TOO MUCH MONEY! You can't even rescue a senior dog with this pet insurance. Unbelievable. Now I'm stuck with them for the rest of my dog's life.

Worst Experience I have ever had.
After over 5 months of providing claim information and follow ups with this outfit I can honestly say that this plan is terrible. They do not have internal operations to provide customer service. Their personnel are poorly trained if at all and they put any disease into a preexisting condition category. As an RN I am familiar with preexisting conditions. An ear ache is not something that can be preexisting since it can be a year or more between inflammatory outbreaks. Do NOT waste your money on this company. Put the premium dollar aside to pay for vet bills or go with another insurance. This one sucks eggs.

We’re sorry your customer service experience did not meet your expectations. Claim decisions are based on your pet’s medical records and the signs/symptoms that are noted in those records. Most pet insurance companies including Healthy Paws use a pet's medical records to determine if there are any pre-existing conditions that would keep us from approving a claim. We're never happy when we have to deny a claim. We do our best to be transparent throughout our website, during the enrollment process, and in the plan documents available to each client in their online Healthy Paws account regarding the limited exclusions of our plan. Those exclusions are pre-existing conditions, preventative/routine care, and the office visit fee. Anyone visiting our website can see this information under our "Frequently Asked Questions" and in the sample policy. Since the records received noted multiple ear infections starting prior to enrollment, we could not provide coverage.
Raises premiums EXPONENTIALLY once your…
Raises premiums EXPONENTIALLY once your dog is in their mid-range. Fetch needs to review the competitors pricing and match up accordingly. In the last 5 years I have had this insurance, my premium went up from $300 to $1700!! This is six times the original premium and I never even had a claim in the first three years! Over the years they increased, doubled my premium, I never said anything but the most recent increase in premium went up another $700 straight away. $1700 annually plus tax for a $5000 coverage and 80% coverage is extremely low and unacceptable. Other insurance companies cover $10,000 to $20,000 for ~$1200 premium for the same dog. Almost feels like a rip off at this point because they think you cant move. When you call the customer service to talk about the premium, they have an attitude so its pointless. There is no solution outside of just cancelling or continuing to pay really. I would recommend to shop around. I am certainly not going with Fetch if and when I am looking for another insurance provider.

Fair and Reasonable, with scope for improvement.
I got Sonnet insurance due to its value for money. After two years with the insurance, i was in a not at fault accident in Jan 2023. While it took a little effort to get going with the Adjusters. Initially i felt quite frustrated with the time it took to get me rental vehicle and it affected my ability to go to work. The car accident related adjuster Carlo Castillo initially provided me with innacurate information forcing me to upfront additional amount for the rental car insurance, which i paid. After i received my car repaired and rental was returned i then initiatied correspondence to understand why i was forced to pay additional insurance money for the rental, when i was in a no fault scenario. He agreed and refunded my money. The second adjuster Lynda Vandesange who supported my medical treatment has been excellent to work with and prompt with her correspondence. Admitted my impression of the Adjusters with Sonnet, Economical has improved. I feel confident that this company is fair and reasonable to work with and i will continue as a client with them, hopefully without any incidents. But we all know life happens. I think the Car accident adjuster could use more training.

Wonderful service
Our sweet little dog suffered a ligament tear in his left hind leg. He required surgery to repair it. Pets plus us insurance reimbursed us in 9 days. I’m so grateful for their support.
