Spot's simple-to-use claim portal is a much-appreciated user experience, allowing me to easily submit my claim even while sleep deprived after a visit to the ER vet with my pup. Their phone support staff was also extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous, with their first question being "How is your puppy doing?". I'd easily recommend Spot to my family and friends, and I don't write reviews often.
