Thank God for Embrace Pet Insurance
We have used Embrace Pet Insurance for our two dogs for the past two years. We are so thankful that we purchased it as one of our dogs was running around and started crying out. We took him to the vet who said we needed to go to a surgeon. His knee required surgery, with the bill approximately $4,000. All we had to pay was the deductible which was very affordable, with the rest covered by Embrace. We have also had a few smaller claims, which Embrace reimbursed without question. Our vet even sends the invoice to Embrace which makes it effort free. I would highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance to protect their fur babies.

New Fetch client
I have been a Fetch client for about 3 months. The Wellness program is a no brainer as it pays for itself. I was reimbursed for $185 out of $330 for Yeti's annual exam, and I haven't even bought heartworm meds yet, which will also be covered. The claim was processed very quickly. My 2nd claim was processed within a few weeks, but applies towards my deductible. So far I am very happy with Fetch.

Always need additional documentation of clarification. Takes long time to get coverage or decision on reimbursement. For instance this was filed in October and it is January. Most recently our monthly premium increased as well.

Gouging thieves
A year ago sonnet increased my insurance by almost $800 stating that it was because of a speeding ticket which I had. It wasn't me and I told them so. Instead of them looking into it, I had to miss work, go to the ministry and get a drivers abstract. The reduced my rates back to where it should be. This year they raised my rates to almost the same amount of almost $800 more stating that it was because of inflation. An almost %33 increase in one year because of inflation for a driver who has never had a claim in 40 years of driving is ridiculous. Now they are saying that I owe $272 for early cancellation fees. Well sonnet, I will gladly pay a lawyer $3000 to fight you over that $272 and your gouging practices and the stress you have caused. I've read your reply to me and have tried to contact you through the different ways you have. You in no way helped. You either cut me off or have threatened me with a collection agency for a service you never provided.

My Cheeseball …
My Cheeseball kitty developed an abscess after being outside for a bit. After noticing the bite mark on him, we rushed him to the vet hospital where they did surgery on him to get rid of infection. The bill was quite high and I certainly did not have the money for it due to being on Social Security. Thank God I had chosen to get pet insurance through Spot for him and my other pets. The pet insurance helped pay a lot of the bill and he is recovering nicely. I'm feeling secure in having insurance on him. Thank you Spot!
