Cancer - they saved his life!
I've had three dogs insured by them. One was diagnosed with cancer in 2020, and without healthy paws pet insurance I would nto have been able to afford the treatments. They saved his life (and mine!). You don't think about health insurance until you need it. The best time is to sign up today to lock in the best coverage you can afford. Trust me, over the life of your furbaby, you'll be glad you did!

Very prompt with claims processing. We recently had a large claim we had to submit for a hospital stay, for our dog. It was processed within the week. Staff has always been friendly when I have called. Great experience so far!

Well I had problem with animals since I was little because of things and people places and things but they lesson to me my cat beet me and I didn't like it because of a lady with a kid well know how that goes but I wish this work getting him operated with him being horny I try to get him neutered and fixed I really hope this insurance understands what I need to do down graded so please don't let other owner or animals foul you thankyyou. We've had Embrace Pet Insurance for over 10 years, 3 small dogs worth. I wish our insurance carrier were as good. Any issues were resolved amicable & they communicated with our vet. There's been knee surgeries, serious health issues & emergency situations which they quickly processed & reimbursed us, promptly. I would recommend Embrace to anyone looking for pet insurance.

I would give them a zero star rating
I would give them a zero star rating. I paid thousands of dollars and when it came to submit for a claim they indicate it’s pre existing conditions or the deductible of $500 has to. E met each year. Well if you think about it you never get them to pay especially if your pet see a vet once a year for routine check up and due to the yearly deductible they never pay you back.
