CCL Surgery and PT Coverage!
Our baby needed to have CCL surgery and Embrace covered 90% of the over $5k costs, and her aftercare physical therapy. I filed my claim Monday morning and they had it completed and reimbursed the next morning. I was amazed at how quickly they helped!
