Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent, friendly professional prompt informative and super helpful! I am pleased with my customer support experience! Although the Company does increase the policy every year and this year it doubled. Also note once you submit a claim you can not increase your policy, ever! This is not favorable.

Format seems to have changed..
Format seems to have changed... and not for the better. The last couple of claims I've filed don't include a place to add the veterinarian's notes (which I have scrupulously collected per visit). What I know is that this will delay the processing and reimbursement dramatically, because Embrace will now have to contact the vets and get that information. WHY the change? Also -- much longer processing/reimbursement times than my previous insurance company. I left that one only because my vet isn't tech savvy, and she likes Embrace. The delayed reimbursement (weeks instead of days) adds to considerable financial strain, when we're talking about 1000s of dollars. Frustrating!!!!!!! Hire more staff to handle the increased volume, maybe!?

Other Insurance not renewing
My other insurance company is dropping my pet policies as to why, I don't know but they will not be covered for medical or accidents. I was in a panic and very upset when I received the non-renewal notices on my pets' policies. I called a couple of places but the only one that answered the phone was Mr. Joshua Sabado. He is very friendly and knowledged about my pets needs. He calmed my fears and offered me an AARP discount which my other insurance company doesn't offer. Thank You.
