Shift App Faulty
The sign up and purchasing of insurance was easy enough, I only rate 3 out of 5 stars because the Sonnet Shift app is faulty and annoying. The app takes time to "wake up" and record your driving, which leads to misleading scores and information about your driving. For example, my smooth driving score is frequently scored lower because the app takes a second to register I'm driving from a complete stop; I've been recorded to start driving at 28km/h so it docks score thinking I launched off my stop. Overall my issue with the insurance is the app, otherwise customer service is great, the help I've gotten is great and I'm happy with it so far.

Wow this is a real scam
Wow this is a real scam. Whatever the good reviews you see, they bought it. I cancelled it week ago after my e mails with question was constantly ignored. They literally make you sign up, pay and will never give you coverage, because they never look at your exam before you file a claim, and then they will deny it anyway like many people write. And now they charged me for another month even after I canceled , and even after they said they processed refund and it was mistake charge, nothing got back to my card yet. This is the worst insurance. I will sue them for scamming me like that, charging me even after I sent several cancellation requests over last month. And even after they said they issued refund. Gross

When I call I rarely have waited more then four minutes.The agents are clear strong fair concise and do not waiver even when their customer is bent out of shape over the stress of filing the claim. They are smart because they have common sense. At least the ones I’ve spoken too. And I have to admit every person I spoke to over the phone had excellent skills and were customer focused yet professional for their company
