Derek was very sympathetic when I told him I had to say goodbye to my little girl. He processed my request and said I would receive an email with my new policy (still had my other dog). I received it almost immediately.

The best company to deal with
The best company to deal with. You can always get a representative on the phone immediately which is very important. They are also very knowledgeable and friendly. We have had two dogs and insured both with Fetch. They pay claims quickly and they do not give you any runaround. I would highly recommend them.

Picky shih tzu !
I got my shih tzu , my Mia when she was just few weeks old. I knew of their possibility of certain issues and I knew I could not afford big vet bills but I could afford a few dollars a month for peace of mind if the unfortunate happened. Fetch has been great in paying what they are supposed to , so simple to send claims to them and they direct deposit to my account. Thank you Fetch , I would and have recommended anyone to get it !

Claims were processed lightening fast!
I submitted two claims which were processed in two days. Wow! That was lightening fast! Plus filling out the claim form on the app was very easy and straightforward. I'm so glad I added the Spot Pet Insurance Wellness Plan so I can have some preventative care visits (such as teeth cleaning) partially covered to keep my dog in the best health possible.
