Spot is the Best Pet Insurance
The enrollment process was fast and easy! I was with another Pet Insurance that was horrible in everyway. Unfortunately my pet had an accident and I had to file our first claim. Spot Pet Insurance claim process was unbelievably streamlined with no delays nor worries. The claims portal and emails kept me up to date through out this speedy process. I highly recommend Spot Pet Insurance for all your pet' needs.

I'd like to like Pets Best timing and hope to see improvements soon
1. When I called the wait for a person to answer was 18 minutes. 2. When I submit claims there was no mention of also submitting Vet notes. 3. After each of the 3 claims so far, a nondescript email came about a week and a half after submitting saying there is a delay in processing, but no reason for delay. 4. It took over 3 weeks to get the first claim payment. 5. Nationwide answers the phone after 2 or less minutes. Nationwide requires Vet notes on the online claim form. Nationwide pays claims within a week or usually less. 6. Can Pets Best please do whatever it takes to answer the phones quickly, provide a way for Vet notes in claim submission online and pay out claims in a week?

The process for reimbursement (you pay first, they pay you back) is a little bit slower than I might want but overall is a good experience, they're very fair with payments and have great communication

Total SCAM company.
Total SCAM company. They would drop the insurance when pets may need it the most at older age. Started with less than $100/month in 2016, which is now at $213/month for over a year. And now they are dropping my dog's insurance completely. They have scammed me out over $13k for nothing. I wish I had a savings account for my dog, which I am starting now. I hope my dog stays healthy for another 6-8 years.
