Pets Best is Dependable
We first got Pets Best insurance when we got our second dog in 2023. We couldn't have seen it coming, but 5 months later our other dog was diagnosed with cancer and needed a potentially life saving surgery. It was such a relief to be able to say yes without any hesitation to save her life. Pets Best was there for us and within less than one month reimbursed us to the full extent of our insurance plan. We have been loyal Pets Best members since and have recommended them to all of our friends with pets. The ability to say yes to pet care without worrying about the financial burden is a huge relief and one that we highly value as pet owners.

Love these guys!
The smartest thing I ever did with my 2 dogs was to get them health insurance the moment they were eligible to get it. Our last 2 dogs didn't have it and racked up impressive costs in their lifetimes. Pets Best has come through when needed and has always been easy to utilize. Recently one of our boys decided to quietly eat a small piece of cloth and then followed it with a lot of long grass and long story short, had to have it surgically removed from his stomach. Without Pets Best, that would have been really expensive. The knowledge that I never have to think twice (financially) about veterinary care for our boys is an incredible feeling. Their rates are totally fair and their coverage is excellent. I often look back and consider this one of my smartest pet decisions ever.

I wanted to share my positive review, as encouragement to anyone looking for insurance. My beloved cat Pierre, has unfortunately had a few issues, from eye surgery, pancreatitis and recently another abdominal obstruction surgery to remove a hairball. Without Pets Best, I don’t know how I would have been able to afford the care my cat had needed, and I am so grateful for how easy the process has been, every single time. Before experiencing insurance first hand, I was always worried of claim denials, but every single claim I have had, my coverage has been incredible and I have not had a single issue with any claim. Submitting my claims has also been easy and in the midst of emergency surgeries and the worries that follow, I am grateful to Pets Bets for making the financial stress that much lighter.
