Okay
I like that I have something for emergencies and the flexible plans. I wish it was more transparent and up front with the Power Ups, I probably will not be renewing my wellness power up after this year. I also wish we were given a date for when we would be reimbursed so I could budget better.

Worst Pet Insurance Ever
We paid about $180 every month for multiple pets. Anytime we had to go to the vet for one of our pets we had to fight tooth and nail to get them to cover. I hated going to the vet because submitting to insurance was always a fight. Embrace always finds a way to not pay. If I could give it zero stars I would. They were happy to take our money every month for the past 8 months but when it came for them to pay they always found an excuse not to.

They were always there when we needed…
They were always there when we needed them. Any questions I had were addressed and reimbursements were fast. It gave us great comfort as we were dealing with all the hardships with our pet. Thank you pets best you gave us another year and got our girl to 18yrs old.

Terrible Insurance Company.
Terrible Insurance Company. Everything is a battle. Doctor notes required for everything that is included on the invoice and statement of charges. 2 weeks to review whatever is submitted and then almost certain the response is that more info is needed. It is not easy to deal with them…ever!
