Outstanding Pet Insurance Company A+++ I've been a customer for several years. Every time I've called, I've been impressed with their customer service and efficiency. Their insurance claim process is easy to follow; the people who process the claims are on top of it and follow up with you if they are missing something on your claim, so that it can get approved. If I could leave zero stars I would. Find a better insurance company for your loved ones.
If I could leave zero stars I would. My dog developed cancer and her claims weren't covered because she had a previous growth removed from a separate part of her body years earlier. Due to circumstances outside of my control, the previous growth was not sent for pathology as the vet said it did not seem to be cancerous. We ended up having to pay around $1500 out of pocket even though the point of having this coverage was to help in times of need like this. If my dog did not pass away, I would not renew my insurance because Embrace also wanted to almost double the premium on her coverage when renewal was due. Find a different company that is more willing to work with you for things like this because even asking to follow up and figure out more information about why our claims were denied, no one will contact us back.

EMBRACE is a LIFESAVER
EMBRACE has caring and helpful representatives who have always helped walk me through several difficult times. My senior German Shepherd girl is still with me thanks to their emergency coverage which allowed me to say “Do It” for several expensive surgeries. I’m forever grateful. Don’t look elsewhere.
