A reliable insurer for people who love their pets
I've insured two cats through Fetch (formerly PetPlan) over the past 8 years and have found them to be a reliable partner for caring for my pets health needs. The claims process is easy, there's proactive status updates while a claim is being reviewed, and the payments have been in line with the coverage terms agreed to. You do need to understand what's covered and ensure you get claims filed 90 days from service. But the bottom line is: when you need it, the coverage is there -- no surprises. I strongly recommend insuring your pets and have had a good experience with Fetch.

Pets are family. My biggest regret is not having had insurance for my pets that already passed. We now cover all our pets with ManyPets. ManyPets has made it possible for our cat who developed cancer to get the doctoring he needs. He’s still with us and living a quality life. Everyday is a gift. We enrolled in ManyPets for our Great Pyrenees mix a few years ago and it has been phenomenal! The claim process is simple and only takes a few minutes, and we received our reimbursement within a few days. I've had pet insurance for years. The company I had just kept going up. Prudent Pet was more affordable for what appears to be the same coverage. Carmen was great to deal with and wasn't pushy as some can be. Hope I never need it but glad I have it.
