I am beyond grateful and impressed with Fetch Pet Insurance. We have two dogs and I always had low grade anxiety that something would happen to them and it would cost thousands. I researched pet insurance and Fetch came up. I called them and they answered every single one of my questions. I submitted a claim and they literally direct deposited the money in my account the DAY the claim was approved!

I was about to cancel—until the rep was SO helpful!!!
I was honestly so frustrated with Fetch when I called that I was planning on canceling my membership. HOWEVER, the representative that I spoke with (I’m so sad I can’t remember her name) was so nice, patient, and helpful. She took the time to look through the paperwork and claims I submitted and tell me exactly what was needed. She then took the time to call my vet directly, with me on the line, to retrieve the necessary documents. While she couldn’t promise anything, she told me exactly what I should expect moving forward. To further explain: my claims kept getting kicked back to me, because the “SOAP notes” were not included in them. I was getting so frustrated, because SOAP notes were what I asked my vet for every time. After the Fetch representative spoke with my vet, I called to ask about an invoice. That was when my vet explained to me that SOAP notes and detailed notes were only sent to insurance companies and other vets, not printed and given to customers with the medical records. If you’re having issue with SOAP notes that you are uploading yourself, this may be the problem!!! I’ll have my vet send the paperwork moving forward.

The website was helpful and easy to navigate. I had additional questions so I called the number listed and talked to Joshua Sabado, He was able to answer my questions and help me with purchasing a policy for my little dog Louie. He was very patient with my concerns and never talked down to me like some business people do because I am not tech savvy. Thank you Josh.

They don't pay claims
They don't pay claims. They make excuses and it's just not worth paying over $400+ a month to get horrible customer service and lame excuses. I don't even think I can get into the situations with my animals. I understand I don't have wellness coverage, so they don't cover for vaccines and wellness visits. They take the invoice and store it in their system for each animal. However, they also don't cover visits medicine (when you pay for it) and for actual covered claims. They continue to indicate file on hold, until (it seems) you grow tired of trying to meet their requirements. I think I'm going to turn them into the insurance department and move on to another company. The BBB should also become involved in the issue. I actually have to visit my veterinarian to inquire about requests for SOAP notes. They just delay delay delay until time immemorial. Don't purchase this insurance, there are many others that don't behave in this manner. I should have stuck with Nationwide.

Issues with obtaining auto Quote
I was trying to get a auto insurance quote. The car was not listed on the drop-down, I reached an agent, they suggested I choose the name which was also not listed on the drop-down. I just tried to fill in further, the online quote form wouldn't take my license number as is. It mentions that it is incorrect but it is excatly how it appears on my DL, I followed the logic that is used for the numbering and it is correct but the Sonnet application would not take it to be as is. I stopped the quote midway after so many issues. Do not recommend Sonnet.
