You send in a claim and it takes forever and customer service just apologize for it. It can take 42 days seriously? I pay every month and this unexceptionable.

fast and considerate.
Spot is fast with processing claims so you don’t have big balances on your credit card if there is an emergency. Also i appreciate that they cover skin issues and don’t seem to try to pass everything off as a pre-existing condition that is uncover- able. They also don’t seem to over scrutinize claims. Other insurance carriers i’ve used will question the same claim for my dog with chronic health issues who needs ongoing med management. Glad i haven’t experienced that with Spot!

I purchased Spot Pet Insurance because…
I purchased Spot Pet Insurance because my vet cancelled the internal care plan. I had no idea our Beagle would end up developing a mass tumor and need surgery. Three days later we ended up at urgent care because the stitches popped. Spot has been a blessing to us in a time of worrying about our pup and our finances. I highly recommend Spot!

Spot has been incredible
Spot has been incredible. Their claim process is quick and easy. You get what they say they are going to give you. My monthly premium even went DOWN after a year. I have never heard of such a thing and I just got out of vet med. I am so glad I purchased. It makes it easier to make decisions on care when you know you aren’t in it alone!

Not impressed so far
You don’t reply- the policy isn’t clear. I don’t feel like anything will be honoured- I’ll give it a year- but so far not impressed and starting to believe I made a bad choice.
