Premium doubled
Almost doubled our premium and we’ve had zero claims. Our dog is almost 5 and we started her insurance within a few months of getting her. There are better options out there and I’d recommend comparing them prior to getting Embrace.

Embrace reps are quick and responsive. My claims were processed overnight and reimbursement paid within a few days. My corgi broke her leg so I was super thankful for having pet insurance. Happy I have the coverage for our fur baby as it has recouped way more than expected regarding the actual cost. Additionally, I batch submitted my claims anticipating a long, tedious process and was pleasantly surprised when each claim only took minutes using the app… for ALL of them! Failure at Customer Service
Fetch Pet has consistently been difficult to deal with. They are first to reject legitimate claim and the claimant always has to contact them back. It seems the corporate policy is to reject first. Having had experience with several insurers over many years, this is the most difficult company I have dealt with. Recently my claim submission was a few days late due to my personal medical condition, therefore it was rejected. There is an ability to have the claim reviewed again and in this case I asked that a supervisor contact me. I received a reply that they would contact me within 24-48 hours. Here it is 5 days later and still no call back.
