I needed to reach out to Fetch to update my account after losing access to an old email address. I waited just a few moments and had a US-based call center representative who handled my concerns. She was very well informed. Solved my issues and immediately followed up with an email. Some of the best customer service I have had in a year.

Best Pet Insurance out there
I would have never thought that dealing with an insurance company would be easy, yet Healthy Paws has completely proven that wrong. When we adopted our dog at 6 months old, the first thing I did was research all the Pet Insurance companies out there. After a lot of research, I landed on Healthy Paws and I'm so glad I did. My pup has had some random issues pop up here and there that without Insurance would cost me and arm and a leg. With Healthy Paws, I submit the claim, and typically within 2 days, 80% of what's covered is back in my bank account. They have been such a lifesaver and on top of it, they are all so nice. When my dog got ACL surgery, I got an email just checking in on him to see how he's recovering. Couldn't recommend another Pet Insurance company more than Healthy Paws.

Every time I have dealt with anyone from customer service, it has been the best experience I’ve ever had in my work career or personal life. Their staff is well informed and gives you answers you ask for and deal with your issues immediately. The process on anything that you fill out is led through their AI and such a great way you don’t have any questions when you’re done. I appreciate how Figo takes care of their business and customers.

The service has been incredible
The service has been incredible, above and beyond. They literally sent my dog a gotcha day present. They have paid all our claims without fight. Our premium remained reasonable even though our dog proved expensive. I'm very happy.

I had a little bit of trouble getting…
I had a little bit of trouble getting my claim approved for over four weeks. I reached out to Customer Service to cancel my policy, when I talked to a lovely person named Anne. She saved my business, as she reached out to all my vets to get the records to submit. She continued to try endlessly with contacting these clinics and she prevailed. My claims were approved and I'll continue to use Fetch now. Their customer service skills go above and beyond. Would absolutely recommend.
