I wish I would’ve listened to my friends. One claim has been in review since Aug 21st. You cannot speak to a human to find out what’s wrong, send an email plan a 7 day response.

I do not like that you charge a $3.00…
I do not like that you charge a $3.00 processing fee for a check. I know I can have it directly deposited for free, but that is not my preference. For what the premiums now cost, it is insulting to be charged an additional check processing fee.
