They have been very easy and simple to work with. My plan details are very clear about what is covered and what costs are expected of me. It takes the finances out of the decision-making process when it comes to my pet's care, which is a huge relief. Thank you, Pets Best!

We have paid this company $10,000 over 3 years for our two dachshunds and have gotten $100 back (possibly for gas running the dogs back and forth). Sign up with these people at your own peril.

Worst Experience
After over 5 years of being a customer, with all my properties insured via Sonnet, I sold and closed all my accounts with them. The withdrawal account was a business account and was closed when the business closed. Sonnet attentped a withdrawal, which was returned. I emailed (because you certainly can't call them successfully) them to change account information or pay by credit card. Email was not returned and today my account has been assigned to a collection agency. Don't do business with this company, their policies and procedures are flawed and the customer service people are rude and abrupt, and refused to take a payment after I discussed my concerns of their process and timelines for collection action.

Premiums just go up and up and when I actually needed it, they said they would not cover an actual sick visits as the Dr. listed it as an "exam" and said that "exams" are not covered... how would a doctor diagnose what turned out to be a immune issue with "examining" my dog?

Save yourself worry on vet pet costs.
Anyone with a dog, especially a new pup must get this insurance and definitely upgrade to the best package available. The payment process was a breeze and the reimbursement went directly into my checking account. Excellent communication. I cannot say enough that this insurance company works and claims are paid not denied. Get it now!
